- Users shall only be able to claim refunds for transactions initiated if they have already pre-paid the fees with respect to such transaction. Subject to relevant Merchant’s refund policy and in accordance therein, Users shall be eligible to get the refund in the following circumstances:

- The package has been tampered or damaged at the time of delivery, as determined by SPEED SERVICES basis the parameters established by SPEED SERVICES in its sole discretion.

- If the wrong Item has been delivered to Users, which does not match with the Item for which the Users had initiated a transaction on the Platform, provided however, that such change in Item was not previously communicated to the User.

- All decisions with respect to refunds will be at the sole discretion of SPEED SERVICES and in accordance with SPEED SERVICES internal refund policy and the same shall be final and binding. All refunds initiated by SPEED SERVICES shall be refunded to the financial source account from which Users have initiated the transaction on the Platform.

1. **Online Retailers**: Typically, it can take anywhere from 5 to 14 business days. Some companies may process refunds faster, while others may take longer.

2. **Credit/Debit Cards**: Refunds to credit or debit cards generally take 3 to 7 business days once processed by the merchant. However, it might take longer depending on the bank's processing times.

3. **Bank Transfers**: Refunds via bank transfer can take 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank and country.

4. **PayPal or Other Payment Services**: Refunds through services like PayPal usually take 3 to 5 business days but can be instant in some cases.

5. **In-Store Purchases**: If you return an item to a store, cash refunds are immediate, while card refunds can take 3 to 7 business days.
